We were sent out today in pairs to local dollar stores. Awesome!
The purpose of the shopping was to begin assignment # 3, low tech assistive technology. For this assignment we are to find one "off the shelf" item to enhance performance for one of our students with a disability. We are also required to invent a piece of assistive technology from supplies purchased on our trip for the same student or someone else. The tasks are to be different.
It was a fun adventure and considered many options.
