A great hands on experience with the I pod Touch and Proloquo today. In pairs we planned the buttons for a student in a case study, created them on the device and then presented our work to the class. With this experience we had ample time and repetition to become very familiar with these assistive technologies.I know from experience that if you don't practice after you have learned the new technology you will forget it quickly. I will have a student in September continuing to use an I pod Touch with Proloquo so I hope to keep the basic skills.
